Scarborough SeaLife and Marine Sanctuary is prominently situated on the North Bay with it's iconic triangle buildings. You can walk along the promenade or take a trip directly to us by hopping on the North Bay Miniature Railway.
Journey beneath the waves and get up close and personal with some of the most amazing sea creatures including cow-nose rays, seals and sharks to name but a few. There are regular talks and feeding demonstrations throughout the day at key creatures including penguins and our resident rescued turtle, Antiopi.
Our new Seal Rescue Centre and Seal rescue Academy will show you how we care for injured and abandoned seal pups and bring you even closer to the action. There are a number of interactive games for everyone to try and you can even test your knowledge of marine life by answering questions throughout the centre on our Quiz Trail.
